If you’ve cut the cord and you still want to watch TV and you don’t have the ability to make an antenna work but you still want to watch things like METV then FRNDLYTV is one of your only options.

I like MeTV- but truth be told I’m not watching it all that much since I got my home network back up and running. Just not much need for it.

Now one of the things I like about services like this is they send you a friendly (FRNDLY?) reminder that your account is going to be renewed in a few days so if you still want to keep it be ready for an annual hit. Recently I signed up for HULU so that my recovering mom could watch THE GOLDEN GIRLS, well we’ve moved past that but before you can say “How much is an annual membership?” HULU hit me for a $99 charge. To their credit they were easy to work with when I went to the chat mode and they refunded me, but it still would have been nice to get a heads up that it was coming.

When FRNDLYTV sent me the notice I decided to cancel it and rely on the home network for a while. If I miss it too much I’ll come back– it’s a service I highly recommend.

But make it easy for your customers, keep the relationship so we’re all on the same side.
