I’ve written before that I’ve lost my taste for alcohol– that doesn’t mean I won’t still order a Gin & Tonic at a Steakhouse bar while I wait for my Burger– but I’ve decided to say goodbye to Summer 2025 with an evening of tropical cocktails. It’s just warm enough out on the deck that with a sweater you can sit out there under the lights and watch the deep orange hues of the sky as the sun sets.

Summer 2025 might have been a bit hotter than usual, but overall it was a welcome guest.
