Recently stayed at the Sheraton ™ up in Nashua New Hampshire. New Hampshire is easily one of the most beautiful states in New England– which has a lot of beautiful states in it– but Nashua itself looked like a lot of strip malls to me– luckily we were able to get up to the area around Mount Washington and Echo Lake– two great spots.
I got a text when I got back that I had left something behind. Veronica had apparently laid out my blue Target T-Shirt on one of the same shade chairs so we missed it when we checked out– didn’t help that we had a rough nights sleep because our neighbor was so loud.
Do I want my shirt back? Just fill out these fifteen simple forms and when you get to form #16 you see that it will only be $58 to mail it back. Unless I want it overnight then it’s $108. I decided I could live without the $8 shirt, but I sure wish the Sheraton ™ Nashua worded the text more along the lines of “Hey you left something behind and it’s going to cost $60 to get it back- do you want it?”
Compare that to a Marriot that mailed me a pair of pants one time for FREE. FREE, because I paid a lot of money to sleep in your bed and the least we can do is offer you your shirt and swallow the $6 it would actually cost to mail it.
