KOLCHAK PAPERS- Re-Reviewing the classic Series!

We’re going to pause GREAT COMIC BOOK ARTISTS for October so I can focus on re-reviewing KOLCHAK THE NIGHT STALKER— which seems appropriate for the Halloween Season!

Number Two Son is probably as obsessed with Charlie Chan and Kolchak as I am— last year on the blog I ran a revamped review of all of the Kolchak episodes and got a lot of great feedback. This past Fall they released the series on Blu Ray and believe it or not I had people reach out and ask if I was going to re-do the episode by episode synopsis using the new blu rays.

Well, for AndyPalooza this year I watched KOLCHAK with #2 son and we were both blown away by the image quality of the release, we also watched the special features and listened to the commentary, I’d give this my highest possible rating.

So if you’re a fan of the show is this upgrade worth it? No question. I’ve seen these episodes dozens of times and there were things I never noticed until I got these Blu Rays.
