BATMAN 1939...

Set during Batman’s first year of publication BATMAN 1939 explores how Batman began his career as a lethal executioner style vigilante and why he changed that direction.

It also encompasses a high level kidnapping of a child, very much a retelling of the tragic case of national hero Charles Lindbergh, using fictitious characters and the rise of Nazism in Europe. The cast is all very much based on actors from the Golden Age of film and before.

Loaded with Easter Eggs this would have been a really fun project for pulp fans, film buffs and classic comic fans.
