Some Things Don’t Make Sense

One of the replies I hate more than anything living in Massachusetts is the “oh well, that’s just how it’s done.” when I point something out. Somehow we get through one of the snowiest winters I can remember and somehow we’re in a drought? Does anyone but me think maybe someone outta double check the math there?

I was in Portland Oregon recently and when I said to my Uber Driver I remember when Portland was super clean and crime free his response was “oh well, that’s how it is in all the big cities now.” No it’s not. Take a trip down to Salt Lake City, Utah– that might be the single most beautiful big city in the US right now and it was spotless and totally crime free.

Policies make these poor choices.

When you have a state with one party rule you have corruption. We the tax payers voted overwhelmingly to audit the legislature and the legislature did what? They decided that wasn’t going to happen.

And what is our response?

Recently the residents of Florida got bonus checks from Gov Desantis because of a surplus- so he gave it back to the tax payers.

We had a similar situation in Massachusetts and when Gov Healey was asked if the taxpayers would be getting checks she said no– that would not be the best way to utilize the funds.

Independent auditors are estimating that Massachusetts welfare fraud might be higher than what we’re seeing in Minnesota and California, and we just shrug it off.

When Jim McGovern announces he’s secured mutliple millons of Federal Tax Dollars for a bloated project here in Mass we’re supposed to celebrate– but that’s still OUR money.

We are sheep, I’m tired of sheep. A sheep spends it’s life fearing the wolf only to be eaten by the shepherd.

Try voting with some facts this time around, rather than just checking off every candidate that has a -D next to their name becuase they are the “good guys”.
